By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. 1. Who can use the service You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. 2. Our services We offer proofreading, editing, citation and formatting checks, and writing coaching on documents you provide. Our Academic Integrity policy forms part of these terms. 3. Orders and prices Prices are shown before you place an order and depend on the service, length, academic level, deadline and any add-ons. The price confirmed at checkout is final for that order. One page equals 275 words. 4. Payment You can pay by bank transfer, Interac e-Transfer or PayPal. Use your order number as the payment reference. Work may start before a bank transfer or e-Transfer is confirmed. If the payment is not received, we may pause the order until it is. 5. Deadlines We work to meet every deadline. Deadlines depend on you giving complete instructions and files when you order. If we miss a deadline, our Refund policy applies. 6. Communication rules Clients and writers must communicate only through the platform. Do not share or ask for emails, phone numbers, social media or outside chat apps, and do not arrange payments outside the platform. Contact details may be shared only with our admin team. Breaking this rule may lead to account suspension. 7. Your content You keep ownership of the documents you upload. You give us permission to use them only to complete your order. Once your order is paid, the edits and feedback we deliver are yours to use. 8. Acceptable use You must not use the service to break academic rules or the law, upload harmful files, harass writers or staff, or try to get around the platform's security. 9. Revisions and refunds Revisions and refunds are handled under our Revision policy and Refund policy. 10. Suspension and closing accounts We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, once any open orders are finished. 11. Limitation of liability We provide our services with care and skill. Grades and academic results depend on many factors outside our control, so we cannot guarantee any particular grade or outcome. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. 12. Changes to these terms We may update these terms. If changes are important, we will tell you by email or on the website. Orders already placed follow the terms in place when they were ordered. 13.
