Refund policy
When and how MarginEssays refunds orders.
We want you to be happy with your order. Here is how refunds work. 1. Full refund You get a full refund if: - you cancel before a writer has started work on your order, or - we deliver after your deadline and you no longer need the work, or - we cannot find a suitable writer for your order. 2. Partial refund If you cancel after a writer has started, we refund the part of the work that has not been done. We will tell you the amount before we process it. 3. Quality concerns If the delivered work does not follow your original instructions, please request a free revision first. If the revised work still does not meet your original instructions, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will review it. Depending on the outcome, we may offer another revision, a partial refund or a full refund. 4. When refunds are not available - After you have accepted the order as complete. - When the request is based on new instructions that were not part of the original order. - When the order was cancelled because it broke our Academic Integrity policy or Terms of Service. 5. How refunds are paid Refunds go back through the method you paid with (bank transfer, Interac e-Transfer or PayPal) within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Your bank or PayPal may take a few extra days to show it. 6. How to ask for a refund Use "Message admin" in your account or email support@marginessays.com with your order number. Please contact us before opening a PayPal dispute or bank chargeback, because we can usually resolve things faster directly.
